This is Mary (based in Stoke-on-Trent). My brother Jon (based in Manchester) and I are newbie investors as of earlier this year. We have invested in our education and are now applying what we have learnt.

I have to say that it hasn't been the easiest thing we have ever done. However we take action everyday, and know that it is bringing us closer to our goals.

We're also going to property networking events so we'll probably meet up there at some point.

I'm really looking forward to connecting with like minded people and contributing to the forum and having some of my burning questions answered.

You'll see either myself or Jon posting on here as we work quite closely together.

Welcome to Tycoons forum (the best on the planet...but I'm biased lol) I know you'll get loads of inspiration and advice from all members on here as when I first joined I didn't know where to start but as soon I started asking questions I was inundated with great advice, tips, signposting, resources, motivation etc, you name it, thay gave it!

I've made good friends too and as a result have joined up with another member who is now my business partner (Vince Audritt)

I also attend property meets when I can, I notice you're in Stoke on Trent, that's not too far from the Birmingham meet run by Sue & Maksoom (also members) do come along when you get the chance as it's vital you network as much as possible.
