I've been browsing around here for a few months now and have picked up some valuable information. Some of you may already know me from networking events in Kent, Sussex and at least of couple of you are mentoring with the same guys as myself and Nic my partner. I wanted to formally introduce ourselves as investors and sourcers. We currently have a few BTL and L.O properties and are now seeking to expand the portfolio and help others do so too. I have an excellent telephone manner that gives people reassurance when talking to us so a lot of our leads get converted to deals. If you have lots of leads coming in and can't face the calls then do let us know as I'm happy to help you out if we can both benefit.
