Hope you all have a fantastic Christmas and great Hogmanay when they come!

Just a wee hello before the festive break from a Scottish newbie to the forum.

Me (Richard) and my cousin Barry joined forces this September to finally kickstart the journey of building a property portfolio together, after seemingly endless information gathering, reading, questioning, planning, and the usual procrastination and analysis paralysis!

And after all that time of fearing and waiting, we finally dived into the property world and in the space of 3 months have 5 BMV properties purchased and rented out for hardly any money down. It's been pretty exciting!!!

But of course the journey of growing and learning continues just the same! I read Deep's starter course a couple of years ago, and knew he had some good sites and resources put together. So now that we're finally off and running, I thought it would be wise to get registered with the forum and gather some experts around us for the journey and experiences that lie ahead.

1st priority: will be reading up and learning from others about the best/efficient way to make that move from having properties/mortgages in our own individual names, to fully taking advantage of the limited company that we've formed. I'm quite sure there will be plenty of information and assistance in here. Looking forward to it!
