I’ve just joined the forum, here’s a bit about me:

• I went to my first property networking event in March 2010 and realised property investment is the job that I’ve always wanted to do.
• Started my blog in May 2010 - http://sussexpatrick.com
• I go to a lot of networking events (BPM and in Sussex)
• I am a product of Progressive Property – done their excellent training and am on the VIP mentorship programme.
• I exchanged on my first property today!
• I am the first property investor with Cerebral Palsy.

I am very good at building relationships with estate agents and am going to start packaging the deals I get from them. I source property with an ROI of above 10%.

Also I am looking for cash investors, to source properties for, and who would like to work with me.

Welcome to the Property Tycoons Forum. I hope you find all the support you need on the forum to go on and build a successful property portfolio. I have personally been involved in property for a number of years now and will do all I can to help you achieve what you are looking for, if I can’t help the forum is a great place for advice from like minded professionals.

I am good at building relationships with estate agents and they are giving me BMV deals, I am starting to package up. What I need to know is where can I post (on which websites) my own packaged deals? Could you advise me?

Welcome and Happy Easter!

You could start by posting deals on this forum to begin with. What I would recommend though is that you setup an Aweber account and begin to build a mailing list of investors. That way you will be able to send a deal out to your mailing list and sells deals quickly, on the basis they are genuine and attractive below market value investments.

If you need any help marketing deals at the outset we would be happy to send them to our mailing list for you, until such a time you have your own one. I would really focus on building your own then you can control the quality of investor you are selling to and will not have to pay any commission to anyone else for using theirs.

Just to let you know, we are a buyer of:

1. Below market value property that we hold as long term BTLs in the South East (including more recently some parts of the South West)

2. Property, in any condition, whereby we purchase for cash, add value and sell to first time buyers. We are a genuine cash buyer - we limit ourselves to property up to the value of £230k as a resale price and can have up to 4 projects active at any one time.
