Hope you had a wonderful Easter holiday!

I have been buying properties since 2008. Over this time, I have bought properties in most counties and now I'm concentrating on building a portfolio of properties within 10 miles of West Yorkshire. I have been busy buying properties using LO typically exchanging contracts with delayed completions. My favourite purchasesis £60k 2 bed terrace mortgage free house on a 7 year LO where the seller is financing my purchase by means of monthly payments.

In the last 6 months or so, I have been involved in assisted sales. We are currently doing assisted sales in Liverpool, Essex, Jarrow (Newcastle), Hull and Wakefield.

I'm looking to work with like minded individuals and I'm hoping to see many of my friends and associates on this forum.
