My name is Edward and I joined this forum back in 2007. In fact for those of you who remember me I wrote this post to thank this forum for all your support.

Not too sure how I lost my forum subscription, but been thinking about joining up again for some time!

Where are all my mentors some of you never even knew it- but you were, Rishi Shinn, John Cummings (sofie) Ramnik Singh, Robert Clark, Heather Hamilton, Richard Shepherd and off course the biggest two helpers of all Phil Martin and Gerry Pridham??????

I am sure by now your all the untouchables but looking forward to spending the next few months reading all the posts and catching up.

Well, a quick update, I have a great portfolio of properties since joining, an established letting business and best of all a building team who have helped me form a great company and is our bread and butter for now, we have completed huge developments which i never would have imagined!

We have a couple of small businesses which are more of an headache but keep me busy...but I am bored and need a new outlook, new approach and new methods and was hoping to find out whats new since I dropped off?

Can anyone fill in the blanks, what have I missed since I burried myself, I have to admit I learnt some things and off I went I wish i had kept up to date!

The last time I was on this forum was when I was probably the last client of the Money Centres going, my consultant was Tim Fawcett and I had in a 6 month period sourced and bought 20 properties and I just managed to push them through and lenders were getting excited about options contracts, sub sales and were really ramping up on compliance.

Err that was ages ago.....anyone?
