I am just looking to get going in property and am looking for deals
My Stratergy is to buy renovate and sell and then use that money to invest in rentals. This seems the safest option in terms of building a portfolio without getting over leveraged. The main risk is that I can't sell the property once it has been renovated so I need to buy in an area that has a more active sales market. If you know anyone who can source deals in South London, areas like Tooting, Earlsfield, Southfield, up to 250k or an experienced person I could
JV with on a renovation as an investor that would be great. Let me know your thoughts on my strategy
