Hello there everyone,

My name is Divyesh(21) and I am a current Loughborough University student(live in Leicester) however I am keen to become a property developer. I have been researching the market for a while now and stumbled onto this fantastic website. Obviously as I am only a student I have hardly any money to my name (I have saved £2,000 through working in a factory). I was looking into lease options as a potential opportunity. I was wondering if this is a good idea for someone in my position, or if anyone else has any other good ideas on how I can get the ball rolling (PM me if preferred). Thanks in advanced people!
