Hi,

Morning to all. My name is Abbas Jaffer and I am a new property investor - and looking to learn alot from this forum, given the quality of professional participants we have onboard.

My ambitions/target is to focus on the following:

- Purchasing HMO's to create a good monthly cashflow (target is to accumulate atleast 3 by year end 2011).

- lending lease option deals and potentially flipping properties using the Auction routes (when and as they come).

If anyone has useful information that may help me achieve this goals - please do ping them across to me.

Will look to start posting very soon...
