Hello All,
I am new to the forum and this is my first posting.
I'm looking to get involved with joint ventures firstly and then plan to refurbish houses, before selling them on. I would like to concentrate on the West Midlands and then branch out after my expertise grows.
I would like to use this opportunity to learn from the very many experienced property investors on this forum in order to make my livelihood from property.
In all likelihood, this is the first of many posts I will be submitting on this forum.
Finally, if anybody is interested in taking on a joint venture for a refurbishment project, in the West Midlands, then I'd be more than interested to see what is being offered.
