Hello my name is Allen Bailey. I am a Real Estate Broker and Property Manager in Memphis, TN. I am an experienced investor in the US, but know nothing of the UK real estate market.
I have bought and sold over 3000 properties in the past ten years and several of these have been to foreign (to the US) buyers. So I hope to share some information about investing in the US and to learn on investing in the UK.
Memphis is a cash flow market that is based on a blue collar rental market of distribution workers at firms such as FedEx. It is common to buy a house for under £20,000 and rent it for £440 per month. Anyway I look forward to learning more and meeting y'all. | | Connect With Facebook to

With rental figures like you've mentioned, why do you need to even think about the UK?!
