Hi there everyone!

This is Joanne Moore here, I am from Norwich and I have been in the property investing world for about 5 weeks now. I attended Progressive Property's masterclass and deal packaging course in mid July, and I have just sold on my first BMV deal to a client, and that deal is on it's way to completion :D And it was 35% BMV!

I source my deals through estate agents, which means that they are not always appropriate to post in the ready made deals section of this forum.

So a little bit about me. One fairly critical thing is that I am 17. :D That's right, I am just about to go into my final year of A levels. It's the summer holidays at the moment, so I have had the time to get the systems in place so that my property business requires the minimal amount of time to get the best results. And the best thing is, that at the moment, I am just sourcing deals for people (because I can't get my own mortgage anyway at 17), so the amount of time to find, view and advertise a property is minimal.

I am also an Internet Marketing Strategist. I build and maintain websites for clients, I do video editting, I manage social media campaigns, you name it, I do it! I have many hobbies. I play the piano and the saxophone, I do Ballet, and I sail on sundays at a local sailing club when I can. A busy girl you may think? YES! My life gets pretty hectic sometimes, but I have always had a busy life, and I am normally fairly on top of what tasks need doing and when they need to be done by. I wouldn't know what to do with myself if I didn't do all that I do!
