Greetings everyone, I hope you're all well

I'm a property investor looking to move into investing as a full time career, leaving behind my IT job. Currently I have one investment flat in Downham (Lewisham, SE London), and have just exchanged on my own home in Orpington, for around 20% BMV.

I'd really like to get more involved in the community here, and have just finished the Diamond package of training courses with Progressive Property, and will be following up with their VIP training and year long mentoring. I've also started up my Usana business to sell and promote good health for everyone.

I'm very keen to get on board with a group of investors to start picking up loads of good deals around my local area that I've been spotting. I've been building a relationship with the local agents, and really want to take that to the next level by offering on several properties.

Any words of wisdom out there for a young (ish) investor looking to escape the rat race and hit the fast track would be very welcome
