A Happy New Year to you. About me... I am looking to expand my portfolio and have set myself a goal to start my journey towards financial freedom this year. I currently have two properties, one of which was purchased in around 2008 and was a sell and rent back. The other property I have is my residential property which my partner and I undertook some refurb work on to add value to it and we purchased it 25% BMV.

I have been working closely with Akhtar Khan who is also my mentor and has assisted me to achieve what I have so far. I also regularly attend Parmdeep's London Property Meet and also the Kent Property Club where I have received valuable information and made great contacts. I am now looking to start sourcing/buying deals to expand my portfolio and looking for prospective JV partners to work with.

My aim is to make enough money to pay for my wedding and achieve financial security for my future.
