Hi everyone,
My name is Knight and am based in Swinton, Salford - borders with Manchester, Bury, Bolton, Stretord/Trafford.

I am a Quantity Surveyor by profession. My experience to property investment is limited to going through estate agent's windows & you can guess the rest!

The concept of BMV, 100% financing and marketing strategies of the forum is all exciting to me & cant wait for my first deal. I look forward to learning the ropes from you all fellow members and making a mutually beneficial contribution.

My curret goal is to concertrate on investments around the Greater Manchester areas.

I have many questions but will keep this introduction short.
