I've been renovating modest-end properties around Nottingham and Mansfield for 4 years. Previously I was a full time GP but last year went freelance to have more family time and work part time in our local Children's Emergency Department.
I'm concentrating on stuff that will sell quickly to first time buyers or other investors. Over time I've acquired the services of first rate broker/banker/lawyer/trades/accountant.
