Hi all


Although I have been communicating with Deep for over a year, I have only just joined this Forum, seems a very good idea to have so much experience and knowledge that can be accessed if required.


My back ground is 25 years in the printing industry, I am at present running a part time print management business , but my aim is to run a propery developing business along side the printing business.


The first thing I would like to do is offer all members the best trade prices for any printing that they might require, I produce all kinds of printing and at the very least I can point you in the right direction if you have an unusual requirement.


Although I am looking to grow a portfolio of BTL using no money down strategies, I am innitially looking for BMV properties to refurb and sell on, I am based in Northamptonshire, so if any properties become available in this area I would be happy to hear from any of you guys.


If any other members live near, it would be interesting to speak or meet up, as I am relatively new to property developing any advice to avoid making classic beginners mistakes would be very much appreciated.

It has taken a while to gain the basic knowledge required and prepare financially, practically, and mentally for the new venture ahead, having been in the print business for 20 years I understand the importance of due dilligence and planning, I am now in a position to move forward , and my first decision was to join the forum, to futher my education and experience in property developing.


I am hoping that I can make my first purchase in January, as I am looking to earn an income from property I will innitially be looking for a buy to sell property.
