Hello
I`ve only had access to this site for a few days and am already overcome with emulsion at the warmth being given to new members, not to mention the vast depth of knowledge/info available. Awesome!

Although around building sites for about a hundred years I have only recently taken the plunge to re-furb - I bought one to sell, one I now rent and about to start on the third. My target for next year is a minimum of four properties, I reckon with the help of you lot this should be quite achievable.

I look forward to working with you

You couldn't have a word with my Dad could you? He too has been around building sites for a hundred years but is too gripped by fear to use his knowledge and experience to make money for himself instead of others for a change!

Four seems a very achievable target now you have found the forum. There is a very knowledgeable PMM'er called Raymond Moore in your neck of the woods who is always willing to help others with advice and also offers a closed bridging service to help you purchase BMV without using any of your own money.
