Hi to everyone.
My name is Sean Baker and I have just joined the forum. I am a property developer looking to buy property and add value. We look to develop properties into flats or knock down existing and build two or three on the same plot.
Where I could be useful for members is through another company that I own. This is Homeserve Carpets Ltd. We can supply manufacturers carpets and underlay at trade prices to members. Also amtico karndean quickstep laminates and solid wood flooring can be supplied to members at trade prices.

Hi Sean and welcome onboard.
Might be worth posting your carpet business under the member services section too as I am sure amongst the +/-600 of us there will be a few carpets ordered in 2007!
I am a lover of Karndean which is in my own home - our local stockist has gone out of business so I'm sure I will be in touch in the future.

We can supply and fit all your flooring requirements if you are in the South East, London and the Home Counties.
Anywhere else we can supply all materials at trade and deliver them direct. It would just mean you have to get your own labour / fitters.
