Hi guys.
I am new to the forum.
Have been a landlord and property developing for a number of years now.
Think the forum is GREAT !!!, lots of good advice to be had.
Am very interested in the leads for sale, but had a question? how can you tell what the dicount of the market price is before buying the lead???

Hi Robert & Welcome!
you cannot, you have to take the lead based on your "10 secondes assessment", with the criteria available: how quick do they want to sell, where is it? why do they want to sell? .... not rocket science... and sometimes it is a great lead, sometimes it is not :D
I have picked 4 or 5 since I joined and am completing on one of them next week, (or next year if I miss the "Xmas deadline") :o
