Hello everyone!
I've introduced myself to some of you via PMs, it's good that we have this place to post these introductions now.
My background - totally 'white collar'ed': 4yrs in sales, 8yrs in banking and it was mostly related to quality management ... boooooring .... and then I joined a cracking team of wooden furniture restorers and discovered the beautiful world beyond 9to5. Ok, it wasn't like directly from office desk to carpenters bench - all my life I was fixing something in the house and never hired a tradesman, just an electrician
Why property business? Because it represents my passion - do (or create) something somebody sometime will need and put in a good use. And if I saved Time and Effort to somebody by finding/creating that Ideal place to live - I'd feel awarded. What's bad about having few quids on top of it? 8)

p.s. oh, and that in my teeth is my 'aim 2007': average >10% gross income from single deal.
