Just like to say hello to all.

First received an email from Deep about 3 years back and thought he was just another con merchant. How wrong was I !!!!!

Great forum Deep, wished I had joined ages ago.

Started refurbishing properties about 3 1/2 years back, finding the right properties few and far between in my area, so started to buy BTL's home an abroad.

Have learn't a lot in the last week since joining, I have never heard of CLOSED BRIDGING LOANS, so have to look further into that.
