Hi Everyone,
I've been trying to make money through property for 6 years and have been scammed more times than I care to remember.

I've joined a number of forums and groups making many claims and taking the best part of £50000 so I'm really hoping that my long and painful search is over and I have now found a group of guys that I can work with to achieve my goals.

I have a small portfolio and I enjoy the deal making and project managing. Once the place is ready for letting I then do my least favourite bit which is finding tenants. If I could simplify this process without too much cost I'd love the whole process. Any tips are welcome.

Apart from property I love Squash and play around 4 to 5 times per week I also play in and run a team in the Men's county leagues.

I'm really looking forward to linking up with some of you hoping that we can set the UK on fire.
