Hi guys!!!

My name is Svitlana Shlapak. I joined the forum yesterday. I am a Ukrainian national and have been living in the UK, London (WEST) for the last 7 years. I am a Solicitor, specialising in immigration law and debt.

I am here because I want to drive a red Ferrari))))). After finishing my education I realised that my salary will not be enough to buy one soon)))).

I am currently on a 1 year maternity leave. Our daughter Sophia was born on 2 November 2006. So I have only 1 year to become financially independent in order to spend most of my time with my daughter.

I am completely new to property investing/developing and therefore any advice would be very much appreciated. I am currently looking to grow my property portfolio by using no money down strategies. I would like to start with buy to sell properties. I already found a lot of very useful information on this forum. Thank you!!!
