Not quite a Newbie...

Hi All,
While I am 'technically' not a newbie I have been amiss in not introducing myself.

So I thought I would rectify that & take the opportunity to:

- Say 'Hi' to all my fellow PMMers/Property Tycoons
- Thank everyone for all the really helpful & encouraging posts
- Wish everyone a very Happy & Successful 2007!!

PS Oh yes, a little about me! I am based in Ashford (Middlesex) but am interested in property all over the country. I have done some 'flips' (& want to do more in 2007) but so far am mainly into BTLs.

Welcome to the Forum - you took yourt time, but well done for getting here in the end.

For everyone else - get your hands on Abdul's Options DVD when it comes out and listen to all the questions Ashwin asked Abdul - it was like he was being quizzed on Mastermind :!:

Thanks Heidi - probably a bit of a boring pic compared to some of yours! Maybe that should be one of my resolutions for 2007, be a bit wilder!

Thanks Naveen & Deep. Was great to be able to meet you both as well. Hopefully the questions were helpful! Abdul's seminar was great & has certainly given me an extra angle to try & make a deal work.

Look forward to meeting up again soon.
