Hallo,
My online name is permoscow. I'm a lecturer at a southern university, and went into property some years ago, with 3 small flats.
I have stayed at this level since, mainly due to my job (which now is part time) and family commitments. Now that I have decided to expand, I would like to learn from the experience of the members of this forum, both in the areas of successes and mistakes.
I'm very active, don't like wasting time, but take time to ponder before I act. I am not risk averse, but prefer medium to high risk.
