| |  Hi Everyone!
I am just new to the Forum and wanted to say hello to all. I live in the Isle of Man so all my networking will be online as I am pretty remote here!
I bought my first property in 1998 but I have not really developed much further from there owing to work and family commitments as well as my location. Buy to let mortgages offshore always seem to want a 25% deposit plus the figures stacking up at 130% and affordability as well!
I am going to see my first BMV property tomorrow. It is a reposession/eviction property and the seller wants to rent it back on completion. Can any of you experienced investors give me some insight as to what I need to ask or any details I require?

PJ, not sure whether you noticed but that post from Dee was from Jan 2007 and her profile says shes not been on the forum since August 2007.
