Hi there guys and happy new year to you all.

My name is Andrew and im a kiwi living in London (one of the many :D ). I orginally came to UK 2 years ago to focus on travel. I have had a passion for property for a few years now and started a portfolio back home, all be it rather small. I put this on hold to come and travel.......but now I cant help myself , I love property, and people, so here I am.

I really enjoying it here in the UK and hope now to spend a few years here building a portfolio and learning the skills from the vast experience here in the hope to be able to take this home one day and go full time investing. The wealth of knowledge both here in the UK and the US has blown me away, so am hoping to get a chance to learn all I can.

Im excited to be a part of this forum. I hope through time I can give something back to you all as well. If you ever plan on going to NZ let me know and i'll see if we cant find some friends back home to look after you.

Good to have you on the forum. I met a lot of kiwi's on a recent Air New Zealand flight to Hong Kong. I have a lot of admiration for the ones who switched planes and just kept on going for another 13 hours! Oh and in my opinion Air New Zealand is the best carrier I have ever flown with. Excellent value for money.
