Hello to everybody

after reading on this forum for a few weeks I thought it was time to introduce myself.

I have been in property for about 3 years now, and own 8 properties all BTL, 2 are HMOs, 5 are 2 bed terrace in the north and the last one is my own residence

My background is IT consulting and finance and till last december I was working as a freelance financial analyst. As of January I am full time in property and I gave myself 6 months to make this work.

I am planning to earn about 90k this year in property with a combination of BTS and HMOs BTL

In terms of property education I have done a lot of seminars, from Russ Whitney to property mentor and recently Glenn Armstrong BMV course. I am currently on Ranjan mentoring programme. And obviously I read Deep course

In terms of property experience I have managed small refurbishment projects and done some creative deals

I picked Luton as my area and have started leafleting there with a few leads already answering.

I am keen to source leads with my own marketing but as I am fulltime I will consider good leads (20%+ BMV) also in other locations

I am keen to joint venture with other investors for completing BTS deals, or for raising finance for a deal (I am happy to pay 2% interest per month negotiable)
