Hello,
My name is Anthony and I am relatively new to the property game. Over the past 3 months I have bought 1 property a month; however I am looking to be more focused and tactical in my property acquisition approach from now on.
I am looking for 2/3 bed semi/terraced properties in Manchester (and surrounding areas) and East London valued between £60k and £200k and would rent for around £350 - £1000 per month in a strong rental area.
My goal for this year is to build a portfolio worth £2million with net assets of £600K, which would comprise about 15 properties.
I am extremely excited to be part of this forum and I am confident I will reach my goal with your help.
