:D I'm smiling but really nervous so i hope i got lots of helping hands & minds.

I'm a complete newbie as to buying property through schemes like this, but have umpteen skills as to property renovation

I am based in Poole but am building a house in Surrey at the mo so will not be back for some time 8)
