Hello

I’m Guy Van Overmeire, born in Belgium and lived for 20 years in South Africa.
And since end 2002 live in this country, with my family.
I’m married and got 2 boy’s (12 and 14)

I’m working in the construction industry for about 30 years.
In S.A. I worked in a design office as structural technician, and did also site supervision and management.

Here I’m a Quality Assurance manager for about 3 years now.
Want to quit my day job (hopefully very soon) and go full time into the property
business, and maybe, one day I can do the construction management of my own development.

My aim is to achieve a much more financial secured life; to live with a growing bank balance (and not getting pourer because you work for a “Boss”), to give my kids a kick-start in live and retire one day, knowing I have financial freedom.

I know as a newbie in this part of the property world, I can learn a lot of the “Property Gurus” but when I can help someone, I will always try.
