Hello Everybody,

I have just joined today, however I know all about the forum as my business partner (Tim Barwell) is a member. I have to say I think this forum is such a great resource and credit to Deep, Daljit and all the other Members.

I am not entirely new to property as I was a Bricklayer up until the age of 24. (now 27) I now work as a Maintenance Surveyor for a Housing Association. However I am new to property investment. Tim and I have been in partnership since July 06 and are still chasing that first elusive BMV NMD deal. It's on the cards and we are feeling very positive about a vendor that we are negotiating with at the moment.

I am looking forward to being an active member of this forum and hope at some point I may be able to offer something back.
