Just thought I would say hi and best wishes for 2007 to all fellow property investors and aspiring property investors.
I was in Grenada for Christmas and had an absolutely wonderful time, but a few days before I was due to return I took some time out to write my goals. I truly believe that I will achieve my goals and find myself after just 2 weeks of the new year saying to myself if you do not change things you will not acheive your goals. Flexibilty is one of the attributes you need to succeed along with Desire, commitment and a willingness to learn from other people.
Not that long ago I thought I knew pretty much everything that I needed to about the property market, BUT HOW WRONG WAS I. I have met Glenn and Deep and Mosin, Kal, and Stu, and Nick and still need to learn more. That is why I have joined this forum to learn and share. Hi Rhys sorry I did not get back straight away. Some of my leafleting has not been working for a considerable period of time so I have made the decision to change a few things, this is based on stuff over a longer period of time and not just the first 2 weeks.
It is quite at the moment but not for long, this is going to be a great year!
