Default Good morning fellow property professionals!
Quick rundown on myself:

Name : Rishi Shinn
Occupation : Company Director & Property Investor

I own a technology company called Enable Technologies Ltd who provide webs site design, SEO and Outsourcing services to companies.
I also buy, flip and let property the remaining time I have.

I've been buying property BMV through various sources, both residential and commercial since 2001. Have built up a good portfolio but always looking for deals to get into. Happy to share advice and tips I've learnt with "newbies" to the world of property!
