Hi Everyone

A quick bit of background on myself I’m 28 years old and I live in Mexborough South Yorkshire.
After leaving college in 1997 and jumping from job to job for a couple of years I decided to go travelling and see the world, after two years of travelling and working overseas between 2000 and 2002, I came back to the UK and decided to get a proper job as it were. I went into the finance industry and qualified as a mortgage adviser which led me onto working as a buy to let mortgage broker in 2004, this is where I became interested in property investment.
In 2004 I went to quite a few property seminars, because I was a beginner and also very eager to get on the property investment ladder, I made my first big mistake. I believed the sales pitch of the speaker at the seminar in which they offered 15% discounts, and I agreed to buy an apartment, two years later the property was only worth what I paid for it and the rent i received didn’t even cover the mortgage interest payments. This left me not only disappointed but angry.
In the summer of 2006 I began to scour the internet looking at property forums to hopefully gather advice from experts, I vowed never to make the same mistake as before, after a few months of looking I came across Deeps name in one forum, I followed the links and began reading his free mini courses, after reading the free mini courses I was overwhelmed at the sincerity of what Deep had to say he seemed genuinely interested in helping other property investors, which I found totally refreshing. Therefore I took the plunge and joined the property tycoons chat forum, already I know it was the right decision.
I hope to meet some of you guys in the near future, and hopefully to joint venture on some projects.
