Just getting into property,
Bought my first BTL last Feb and run it as an HMO it also has land which I am applying for planning for 4 x 1 bed flats refused at committee in Nov 06 but hope appeal is successful.
Self-Building large extension to own home as well, so im a busy chap.
Also have online shop selling hair shampoos and stuff which I set up and run myself.
Im looking to purchase property BMV in the Portsmouth area for now but will look further a field as I grow in confidence.

spain well i was buying off plan in the murcia region fallen through so suing the developer to get deposit back (found a new spanish lawyer shes good details if anyone needs)
still want to buy on the costa calida but figure its better to do a few more deals in the uk get a bit more equity then remortgage for a bigger deposit in spain. and buy resale not off plan.

Welcome to the forum, Michael. I'm a little way from Havant, but not too far. Sounds like you've got your head screwed on and should do well in the property game.

Ever heard of Robert Kiyosaki, and his Cashflow wealth creation game? Well, although not exactly exclusively property related, is does play a significant part of it - together with businesses and shares etc. Anyway, it's an educational game for adults and seeing as you're fairly local, I wondered if you might be interested in meeting up for a networking session and maybe a go at the board game?
