Start to use the lead sourcing ideas as soon as you can, don't wait to know it all.

Hi Javaid!
welcome.
I can tell by your style of typing that your not very old. All the oldies like me spell everything as it should be (mostly), and put in capitols and commas etc. While the younger generation who are used to texting and computer chat rooms, type with 'the shortest rout' possible.
i think im gonna do this now cos as long as u can read it it dont matter. i have 2 teenage sons so i shud take note of this. ha ha.
How old r u?in ur 20s? am i rite? b funny if u r an old man!
