Hello everyone, my name is Mark Brighouse. I am brand new on the forum, I live in Derby (pretty close to Deep's area!) I am keen to learn and will appreciatte the help I know I am going to get from you all. As I learn I hope I get the chance to help other's.

I have some knowledge of Western Australia if anyone wants to know more about that, WA is enjoying a mega boom on the back of the demand for commoditties.

He has been "credited" with creating a property boom in Aus with his seminars about discounted properties and no money down strategies. I believe it has all ended in tears. A good link to Aus property is Steve McKnight (wrote 0-130 properties in 3 Years) www.propertyinvesting.com

In Western Australia prices have risen massively over the last 6 years, median house price went from 180K$ to 400K$. Some suburbs of Perth have achieved upwards of 50% in the last 12 months (best is 96%) check
