Apologies in not getting here sooner.I forgot and was to busy trying to buy houses.I feel i know a lot of you already through the postings.
Big thanks to Heidi in helping with my photo.It is just as well iam not as bad at property as iam at computing.
Since joining i have found the forum a great source of wealth in knowledge and togetherness (All for one and one for all) That would be a good saying for the forum (or have some guys got in there first)
I have been in property for 3yrs and still run a training company in care.
My main strategy is B2L and B2S.I have made loads of mistakes but it is a great learning curve and you find out how creative you can be.
I will buy anywhere in uk and have not seen most of my properties but the internet,local valuers and other developers are great sources of help.
I will help anyone if i can and if someone is buying in my area just ask for help (i can only say no) My target for this year is two properties per month but so far this year i have managed four,from the forum.
That`s all just now but will get to know you all better as time goes on.
