Hi Everyone
Pease let me introduce myself
My name is Les Parr i live in the cheshire area i am a fast4sale member and have been perusing the forum for quite a while now i am trying to learn as much as i can about property i have enjoyed reading all the posts I attended my first property workshop run by Richard Shepard on saturday (how to by property using none of your own money)found it really facinating and also met some members of the forum I would like to thank Tony Varma for all the advise he gave me hope to meet up with him again in the future i now have a lot of homework to do
ie Building my master team. apart from continually going through the course work I had a great day and would recommend the course to all new members

It was great to meet you on Saturday at Richard's workshop and I can certainly echo your recommendations. You certainly seem very motivated and I have no doubt you'll succeed. Just keep on asking questions until you're confident enough to go ahead.
