Hi Everybody,
My name is Dave.
I currently live in Stevenage. Apart from stints in the USA and Switzerland I have pretty much always lived around Herts.
My career as full-time Mortgage Broker/Consultant and part-time investor takes me far and wide around the South mainly.
I have two great kids (Carley and Craig) and a passion for sport, travel and Guinness (That's me having finished the Flora London Marathon last year - in a very average time)
What can I bring to the party?? Well, detailed local knowledge of the market around here and North / West London. And I suppose how to create, leverage and manage your precious funds portfolio with the lending institutions. (I won't charge my fee :D )
I'm really looking forward to meeting you all.
