Hello everyone

My name is Ben Laryea and live and work in West London. I am a Director of Housing for a Housing Association and a novice property investor.

I bought my first BTL property in 2004 in the conventional way. However, in September 2006 the concept of BMV and developer discounted deals was introduced to me. I thought this was too good to be true and put it to test and have added four more new build discounted properties to my portfolio in this time. I am now sourcing and passing on deals and have learned so much in a short space of time. I have so much more to learn and be educated in property and very excited about the possibilities offered through the forum.

I source all over the country, but mainly in the North West, Lincolnshire,
London and Bedfordshire.

My goals for 2007 is to get a good solicitor on board(perhaps someone can help with this) develop my sourcing business, increase my portfolio mainly through the BMV market and purchasing of show homes which can be leased back to the developer. I look forward to working with and learning from as many people as possible.
