Good evening all!

I have just bought Deep's Success Through Property and find the whole idea of buying/selling/renting property incredibly exciting and can't wait to get started.

I think the difficulty I'll have is fitting it around my day job, but I'm determined to make slow but sure progress.

At the moment I feel I'm just absorbing information - so much to learn!

Good to see you on the forum Sam. For now make the time to educate yourself and in time you will find ways to get involved in property around your day job.

Default Welcome

Hello Sam.

I left my day job at the beginning of this month to concentrate full time on property. Before that was absorbing information for a couple of years. The real education starts when you jump in. Keep networking, keep talking, keep dreaming. The dreams of today are the joys of tomorrow. I'm not as wealthy yet as I soon will be, but loving every minute.

Wish you success, and a warm welcome to the forum.

Welcome to the forum.

I echo the other comments, particularly Mark's. I too left my day job to start full time in property on 01/02. It's harder when you have a day job, but if you are focussed and put in the hours you can do it.

Maybe consider things like John Rattigan's www.thepropertyinvestorpa.com service. He's had some great feedback on here recently.

Hi Sam, welcome.

Like yourself, I to found the balance quite challenging.

Taking full advantage of lunch breaks helps tremendously!

All the best

Leslie
