| |  Hello from Liverpool
Hi everyone, I've been reading various posts throughout this forum and what a genial and helpful bunch everyone seems to be!
Here's a quick resume: Self employed running my own restaurant which has been featured in The Sunday Times, GQ, The Observer and more and am chuffed to bits with this. However it's VERY hard and LONG hours. I love hard work but feel that property may help us give the financial lift everybody here is looking for.
The company is cash rich weekly but we have little in the way of ready cash for deposits etc. So we have a steady weekly income to "play with" and are looking for help to start "our journey"
One thing I must say is that I'm terrified as we live in Liverpool we have the added issue of the "European Capital of Culture" which has seen investors pour into the city.
Anyway - I only joined today so I look forward to the pack and hope to "meet" some of you soon.
