| | Welcome all from sunny (well snowy) Suffolk Hi All
Im Ed the farmer from a little village (im the only property developer in the village) near Diss on the Norfolk/Suffolk border or if you into your geography its the Waveny valley. I have only lived in the village all my life and have moved house once, from south of the village to the north, about 1.2 miles!
Im now into property full time and love it, well thats a bit of a lie, i actualy dont love property and you will never see me with a paint brush or a black and decker. I love doing the deal and i love the people involved in property. I love delegating all the maintenance and management out so i can spend time with my family, Holly 10, Ella 8 and Zac 5. You can see my wife on her website, www.estherling.co.uk
Im sure some of you are getting bored with my long intro, but i will keep going on a bit for those interested, if thats ok?
For long term growth i invest in new build HMOs, i have 5 in Norwich, you can see them on www.norwichhouseshare.co.uk
For short term cash i flip 1-3 bmvs per year
Also i run a farm and have a large piece of parkland, we are starting up as a wedding venue this year, have a look at www.goodrichpark.co.uk
Thanks for listening and any feed back on the websites would be appreciated, even bad stuff!

| | Great to see you here Ed! Always great to meet you at events and hear about your latest property adventures.
I've an idea - how about a summer camp at your farm for all us Towny forum members? You can show us where milk and eggs come from, plus without the light pollution we'll get to see some stars too!

| | Thanks guys, this is a great forum! :D
I forgot to mention that i run the Ipswich PNC with Claire Wray, we meet on the 2nd MON of the mth at Ipswich holiday Inn and we are expecting 50 punters this Mon and we were the first PNC to branch out of london about 20 mths ago, we started with 7 people in one of my empty Ipswich flats, so its now taken off and Deeps networking has helped the numbers considerably
Deep I would love to do a farm visit 4 everyone sometime, we are looking at an Ipswich PNC BBQ in the summer. Every could bring a tent...

| | No I didn't in the end - the vendor already had my ideas in mind and was one step ahead of me ... shame - the Estate Agent contact was absolutely fab though. | |

| | Ed,
I'd go for Ipswich - more activity and more capital growth.
You will let me know if you have any BMV deals won't you? | |
