Hi Everyone
I've just joined the forum and wanted to say 'hi'. I met Deep a couple of days ago and he told me about the forum so I thought I'd join and take a look!
I run a property presentation/home staging business as well as lecturing in Interior Design at Solent Southampton Uni but now I've decided to actually dip my toes into property investment. I work with a number of developers/investors, helping them get their props just right for sale/rental but now it's my turn!
I am a complete amateur when it comes to investments/finance so I'm hoping to get some advice from some of you seasoned experts in property investment. In return I'd hope you'll ask me for advice when it comes to property presentation/interior design. I'll do my best to answer any queries!
I'd love to meet up with anyone in the Portsmouth/Fareham/Southampton areas.
Looking forward to reading your posts and contributing to the forum!

Hi All
I'm really enjoying this forum - have now become a full-member!
I love the positive attitude everyone has and the way everyone wants to help. I've yet to make my first move by buying that 1st investment property but am being encouraged all the way!
I overcame my fear of flying at the weekend by taking the controls in a light aircrat and flying a circuit - now I've done that I'm ready for anything!
