I'm very excited about joining the forum. I am an IT and management consultant and have been working on global telecoms infrastructure projects for the last six years. I have spent over 20 years working overseas, half of which was in the Middle East. The only continent I have not visited is South America. I left consulting six months ago to concentrate on full time property investment and trading. Since coming out of consulting, I have spent almost my entire time buying properties, have sold one and have refurbished one for resale. Two weeks ago, I took a speculative trip to Fuerteventura, and with the trust of four of my close colleagues, negotiated a 20 apartment purchase deal with a total deposit of Euro 120,000, which will return a Euro 200,000 cash back when the deal completes in March. If anybody had told me six months ago that this kind of deal existed, I would have laughed in disbelief. I have been putting between £7K and £30K deposits into purchases in the UK over the last six months, and I am now looking forward to putting much less into future deals, thanks to being introduced to Deep. I look forward to logging in to the chat forum regularly, and meeting some of you.
