I've been happily posting on here without realising I need to introduce myself - apologies!

I have a 15-year background as a property investor (ouch!) ranging from BTL, short-term rents, long-term rents, off-plan, BTS, refurb's, development, conversions with property locations in the UK and the USA.

At present, I am cash rich, so happily lending money to BMV investors for closed bridging finance. This is through my own company, lending my own money. If anyone is not yet familiar with this process you can get a report to explain how it works from my website at

Currently day-trading the financial markets - stocks, currencies, crude oil and gold mainly. I like these markets because I can make money when they go down as well as up .. and of course faster liquidity.
