Hi to everyone on this chat forum..Unfortunately no pic of me,but try and imagine a dead ringer for Father Christmas.and thats me,a 61 year old grey beard.
Looking at property investment,as a way of improving my final years as my personal pension situation is virtually nil,so need to have more than house which is debt free and small cash reserve.
Looking because of a sales background in motor trade at the concept of BMV investment,but with this realise sourcing deals is the area which can be a problem..We shall see.
As a final point ,does anyone on this forum,have any knowledge of property in sub £100 k sector in the Bishop Auckland area ? I have a friend of my wife who wants to move to area and rent property..Could be a good starter property investment.
